Beach Video Interviews\, kite & chai\, chatting to kitesurfers\, inviting them to activities as downwinders\, bon fires\, etc. \nEngageBy organizing such activities for kitesurfers and wingfoilers\, we will step into meaningful conversations and shared experiences on the beach and in the lagoon. As we kite\, chat and laugh together\, we open doors to those who haven’t yet met Christ\, inviting them to experience His love firsthand. \nDiscipleWe will deepen your walk with Jesus through worship sessions\, testimonies\, and guided inputs\, designed to strengthen and equip our and other lives and ministries — both on the board and beyond. \nServeGive back to the local community and the kitesurfing scene in Sri Lanka. Transfer can be organized from the hotel\, however the cheapest is to book an Uber or PickMe cab at the airport and share it with someone. SUMMARY:GLOBAL LAUNCH EVENT - Sri Lanka
DESCRIPTION:When the winds are blowing strong in Sri Lanka\, Christian Kitesurfers will be hosting it’s Global Launch Event. \nGLOBAL LAUNCH EVENT (27th June – 7th July):\nThis is the chance to get to know each other in person. The event days will be centered around kitesurfing and the presence of God and we will be living fellowship\, engage with kitesurfers from around the world\, will do beach prayers together\, internalize the CK vision\,  grow in the Word\, serve the community and seek the presence of God during the “Adventure Kite Challenge”. We will be based at and around Kappalady Sri Lanka where various accommodations are available. Example www.elements-resort.com \n  \nADVENTURE KITE CHALLENGE:\nBetween 1st – 3rd July (slightly flexible according to the wind). This is a 3 day adventure kite safari and the centerpiece of the launch event. It will be a challenging and life changing experience where we will get out of our comfort zone and get exposed to the great outdoors of Sri Lanka. For 3 days and 2 nights will be kiting\, eating and sleeping under the open sky and cover over 100km by kite. As kite-teams we will embark in an adventure between the elements of creation\, seeking the presence of God and his guidance for our personal lives and the CK movement. \nPrice: EUR 290 (includes the boats\, facilitators\, tent\, mattress\, food for body &  soul\, CK kite-lycra and cap). If you book the 8 night package at Elements Resort (see below)\, the Adventure Kite Challenge is included! \n  \nSERVING:\nAfter the kite challenge we will return to our base strengthened in faith and spirit and get onto the sharing and serving part. Jesus did not come to be served but to serve – Matt 20:28 /  sharing the Gospel – Matt 28:18. This will be a phase where we offer our time\, effort\, knowhow\, knowledge to the needy and those who want to hear the message. \n  \nIMAGE VIDEO CLIP:\nWe plan to raise funds to hire a professional videographer to capture the vision\, spirit and purpose of the CK movement during this event.
